Welcome Statement from Jeffrey Hoenle

As we enter a new year for the North Central Beach Association we should all take a moment to look back at the successful leadership of the organization up to this point.  Through years of hard work and the dedication of so many of our residents, we have been able to protect and preserve the community for generations to come.

It is our goal to continue the agenda of last year’s Board of Directors.  The key agenda items for this coming year will be as follows:

1)    To continue with the development of a conservation organization that will help to guarantee the natural state within our boundaries while reducing the carrying cost for the land ownership.

2)    To seek out and obtain lots for reasonable prices so as to expand our footprint as a protective organization.

3)    To reach out to property owners and encourage them to participate in the protection of our associations natural beauty by limiting disruptive and destructive actions.

As your trustees, we will make every effort to be receptive to your suggestions.  We recognize that it is the combined experience and talents of the residents of the North Central Beach Association that have made it into the organization it is today.  The trustees hold open meetings throughout year and all residents are welcome to attend.

As usual the meetings are held in the Village Hall on Hancock and start at 9:00am.  For the year 2012, the scheduled meetings are May 26th, June 30th, August 4th (With the annual meeting to follow), and September 1st.  Additionally, if your Board decides that a conference call meeting is necessary, an announcement indicating so will be posted on our website at least 10 days in advance of the meeting unless emergency circumstances dictate otherwise.

If you are unable to make a meeting, please don’t hesitate to email your suggestions or comments to Jeffrey Hoenle at jhoenle@aol.com.  All suggestions will be forwarded to the entire board for consideration.
